As our jewellery is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference (including size, colour, or design).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
